Abagail Joyce Co does not offer refunds, returns or replacements for any items. 

Dyed & bleached items- all will be similar but not 100% the same. They are hand dyed/bleached. 

Dyed items- wash alone to avoid bleeding on to any other clothing.

All items are handmade by me Abagail. Small flaws may occur. Items may fade/crack with wear and use just like any other brand. 

SHIPPING times are estimated not exact. Ready to ship items will ship in 1-2 business days. Once items are out of my care and in shipping carriers care I am not responsible for what happens to them. Lost or damaged items you need to contact the shipping carrier.

PREORDERS/MADE TO ORDER- have specific wait times depending on what items you order. Please refer to descriptions of listings for exact info on these items. If I go over turn around time I will communicate with you. Please do not order preorder or made to order items if you’re not up for the wait. These items typically take the entire turn around time to be completed.
